Selection:
Select onions that are firm, heavy for size, and have dry papery skins.  Avoid any signs of mosture, green shoots, or dark spots.
Care & Storage:
Store Silverskin Onions in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location. Store at 34 - 45°F (1 - 7°C) at 65-70% relative humidity. Do not store near vegetables that absorb odors. Keep at room temperature for up to 3 weeks; or in a cool, dry location for up to 2 months.
